Appointments are Monday to Friday 10am -  5.30pm, this can be extended to 6.30pm with sufficient notice. [Please note that the last session of the day will be booked to begin at 4pm]

Evening appointments and Saturday or Sunday morning appointments also available until 1.00pm

 

Smoking cessation is a single 2 hour session with NLP, strategic intervention, counselling, coaching and intensive hypnotherapy.

 

Total package of 5 Sessions: 

3 couple sessions and 1 individual session for each partner.

 

Allow up to 90 minutes for your initial session. Thereafter, each session will be 50 minutes [online or in-person].

Whilst some conditions may only require three or four sessions, those that are more complex may require more. Appointments are generally held a week apart.
